Starkey Ranch is a master-planned community in Odessa (Pasco County), ZIP 33556, fronting State Road 54, with Gunn Highway / Rangeland Boulevard as its internal spine, sitting just west of the Suncoast Parkway (SR-589) and bordered on its north and east by the Jay B.
